Gluten-Free In-Flight Meal: Lufthansa Part. 2 (Tokyo-Dublin)

It's been a while since I last posted the review of Lufthansa's in-flight gluten free meal, during my Dublin-Frankfurt-Tokyo flight (you can read it here: http://www.theglutenfreebalcony.com/2016/08/gluten-free-flight-meal-lufthansa.html)

So... here is my quick review of the in-flight gluten free meal on my return flight (Tokyo-Frankfurt-Dublin)! :)

New Gluten Free Peroni Beer & Carluccio's Pasta | グルテンフリービール

Celebration time...! Our favourite Italian beer brand (Peroni Nastro Azzurro) has just recently launched a new gluten-free beer in the UK! :)

This beer has been developed in partnership with Carluccio's, the Italian restaurant situated around the UK - so we can now enjoy this delicious beer alongside some lovely authentic Italian food. :)

(Carluccio's has also been approved by Coeliac UK for its gluten-free menu, and has been serving gluten free pasta since 2008. You can take a look at their GF menu right here >> GF Menu@London, Covent Garden)

I recently received a beautiful hamper basket from the kind guys at Peroni/Carluccio's, containing a few bottles of the new gluten-free beer, a 'superior quality' olive oil named "Le Due Sorrelle", some Carluccio's balsamic vinegar in a stylish, slim bottle, some gluten-free casarecce pasta - and a classy packet of flavourful porcini mushrooms to try out. :)

So, here goes... my initial review on the new Peroni gluten-free beer (and Carluccio's gluten-free pasta)!

ペローニと言えば、イタリア産の美味しいビール。
この度ペローニUK社が、新たにセリアック病患者にも対応したグルテンフリービールを醸造したということで、試飲をさせていただきました。
まだ市場にはあまり出回っていないようですが、ペローニUK社は英国内のイタリアンレストランCarluccio'sと提携しており、そちらで本格的なグルテンフリーイタリア料理と共に、GFビールも頂くことができるそう♪
ビールと一緒にパスタ等も頂いたので、早速パスタディッシュを作ってみました。

Gluten-Free In-Flight Meal: Lufthansa (Dublin-Tokyo)

I just came back from a 10-day-trip home to Japan. :) I travelled from Dublin, via Frankfurt, to Tokyo - on Lufthansa economy class.. where I ordered gluten-free in-flight meals!

The flights cost €790 for a round trip: I checked the price with Google during the specific time period, and this was the cheapest on the day - it was the busy season! It could've been cheaper if I would have stayed in Tokyo until September.

So, here it goes my review of the gluten-free in-flight meal I had during my Frankfurt-Tokyo flight (LH716) on 18/08/2016.

How I built my own blog on Blogger

Today's topic is a little different from the usual food-related posts. :)

Ever since I created this blog, I cannot stop fiddling with my HTML and have changed quite a lot of layout and design over time - I've been messing around with coding more than actually writing posts. Oops! When I started this blog, I didn't know much about SEO, HTML or CSS. But out of my curiosity, I began customising and building my own blog, which ended up becoming one of my hobbies. :) I am still working on the design and it's not perfect, but today I would like to share with you my 3 basic tips for building a blog from scratch. All you need is your creativity, persistence, strong web research skills, and free tips from amazing web developers and coders. :)

n.b. I am not going into details about coding, but if you do have any questions, please feel free ask. :)
